IMMC 2021 Greater China Teams List for Final Presentation Competition Released
Based on the paper review by the Expert Panel and through tracks of Committee-set Problem and/or Freely-chosen Problem of the 7th Annual International Mathematical Modeling Challenge (IMMC 2021) for Greater China, 26 finalist teams out of more than 690 registered teams are selected to enter into the Final Presentation Competitions for the Regional Round, and another 26 finalist teams out of 204 qualified for International Round into the Final Presentation Competition.
In response to the risk of Covid-19 epidemic and the impact of public health condition, the Final Presentation Competitions of Regional and International Rounds of Greater China will be held online remotely on May 14 (Friday) and 15 (Saturday), 2021, respectively, hosted by Faculty of Applied Science and Textiles of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). With over 80 years of proud tradition, PolyU ranks among the world’s top 100 institutions with world-class research and education. Among its recent R&D accomplishments is the PolyU-developed system of automatic sample collection and packaging on the lunar surface following the soft landing of the Chang’e 5 probe on December 1, 2020.
All teams who have submitted papers in IMMC 2021 will be designated with recognition certificate in May after the results of Presentation Competition come out.
